This rustic lamp is a facet of Great Southwest Furniture Design's
Selected Lamp Collection, a diverse compilation of artfully designed lamps, with
exquisite craftsmanship and beautifully complex finishes. This true to life
adaptation of the Alaskan Brown Bear poised atop a rocky perch reflects its
awesome power with perfectly proportioned musculature and finely feathered fur.
With an aged bronze and gold metallic highlighted finish, this lamp becomes a
work of art.
SHADE DESCRIPTION: This stretched leatherette shade has radius ribs, scalloped
bottom and silk lining. Cream colored with a subtle fogged effect, the
exquisitely crafted shade has leather lacing along the bottom.
A general rule to keep in mind when decorating a room is
to place table lamps wherever reading or other task work will be taking
place. However, when decorating rooms with non-specific lighting needs, try
placing table lamps of differing heights and light outputs throughout the
space to create layering. It’s a great way to add visual interest to a room,
especially when you select table lamps with specific styles and designer
shades. Table lamps with 3-way sockets that use 3-way bulbs are an easy way
to achieve this look, as you can customize their light output to suit your
mood or social event.
