  • Regular leather conditioner applications are recommended for raw hide as the heat produced by light bulbs dries out hide and splitting might occur. Raw hide is susceptible to changes in heat & humidity.

  • Fluorescent or low wattage light bulbs are recommended to extend shade's life.

  • We cannot guarantee that shade will last for a long time, this will depend on the care and the use of recommended low heat light bulbs. Over time raw hide shades need to be replaced with fresh ones.

For delivery of your lamps allow 2 to 4 weeks. Delivery time is estimated and subject to change. Lamps ship directly from the manufacturers warehouse. We will confirm availability upon receipt of your order. If you prefer to check stock prior to placing an order, please contact us with the lamp name or number and the quantity. We will get back to you immediately with stock information.

All lamps are UL® approved and feature 3 way sockets, lamp (s) bulb (s), are not included. Lamps are intended for indoor use only. Please note that all products are handcrafted to create an original decorator's masterpiece, therefore natural finish variations may occur.

Prices include lamp and shade and subject to change without notice. Orders placed in our website for delivery other than the continental US will require additional shipping charges. Return Policy for Lamps

Overall customer satisfaction is our utmost concern. We understand a trusting relationship is your greatest concern and our best method of referrals. Therefore you will be refunded your money excluding shipping charges when the item is returned as follows:

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within the first 5 days of delivery date for refund or replacements by sending us at a message in this short Feedback Form including your name and order number. We'll provide you with information to ship back the item directly to our returns branch, which is at a separate location. Items are to be returned in the original packaging, original condition, with all manuals or other related documentation.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Refunds will only be applied as a credit to the merchant card for which item was originally purchased excluding shipping charges within 30 days of return.
