Lamps General Purchase Information

For delivery of your lamps please allow 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery time is estimated and subject to change.

We will confirm availability upon receipt of your order. If you prefer to check stock prior to placing an order, please contact us with the lamp name or number and the quantity. We will get back to you immediately with stock information.

All lamps are UL® approved and feature 3 way sockets, lamp (s) bulb (s), are not included. Lamps are intended for indoor use only. Please note that all products are handcrafted to create an original decorator's masterpiece, therefore natural finish variations may occur.

All pictures were produced using digital techniques and color display might differ from monitor to monitor depending on your particular settings.

Prices include lamp and shade and subject to change without notice. Orders placed in our website for delivery other than the continental US will require additional shipping charges. We'll contact customer with this information. If you want to know before ordering amount for total shipping charges contact us for more information. No orders can be shipped before total amount for shipping charges are paid. Import taxes & customs or broker fees for Canadian orders are not included in our prices.

Return Policy for your Southwest Lamps

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within the first 5 days of delivery date for refund or replacements by sending us at a message in this short Feedback Form including your name and order number. We'll provide you with information to ship back the item directly to our returns branch, which is at a separate location. Items are to be returned in the original packaging, original condition, with all manuals or other related documentation.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Refunds will only be applied as a credit to the merchant card for which item was originally purchased excluding shipping charges within 30 days of return.

Please note that return shipping charges might be higher to the ones charged by our shopping cart at the time of purchase.
